Step 1 – Cut bread into triangles and mix 4-6 eggs with 2 tbsp milk with a little salt 

Step 2 – Heat cooking oil in large saucepan and dip bread into egg mixture. Add to pan when oil is hot and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Step 3 – If adding cheese and ham, cook on one side for 2 minutes and turn over, then place ham and cheese on top and place other slice on top. Cook for further 1-2 minutes on each side.
