Easy overnight oats(3-4 portions)

Measure out 180g porridge oats in plastic container

Add 1tsp ground cinnamon

6 tbsp juice from tinned fruit

300ml vanilla natural yoghurt

300ml almond milk or any other milk available

Combine together and put lid on container

Chop tinned fruit  and place both in fridge overnight

In morning add half of chopped fruit to mix and some extra fruit juice if required to loosen a little. 

Spoon into serving dishes. Top with remaining chopped tinned fruit. Add any other fruit you like such as banana or fresh berries and drizzle with a little honey.
